The 2-Year Guarantee

We build watches to be kept, not replaced. Every Julien Nibosi timepiece is backed for two full years — because the bench that made them stood behind the work, and so do we.

What it covers

Each watch comes with a 2-year guarantee from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and assembly. Whether it is a minor fault or a rare failure, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
• Craftsmanship issues affecting normal function
• Repair or free replacement for covered faults

What it does not cover

The guarantee protects against faults, not everyday life. It does not cover:

• Normal wear, scratches and cosmetic ageing
• Accidental damage, drops or crushing
• Water damage beyond the stated water resistance of the piece
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Batteries and straps consumed through normal use

How to make a claim

Reach us through our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We aim to reply within 3 business days and will tell you exactly what happens next.
